Understanding the Report Columns for Merged Duplicate Constituent Data
The following table lists the columns that can be included in reports to show information about constituents. The columns correspond to the sections of fields in the Constituent360 contact records of people who performed an interaction on your site (such as registered for the site or a TeamRaiser event, made a donation, attended a Personal Event, and so on).
Note that the columns listed below represent the default fields that can be used in the contact records in the Constituent360 database. If the configuration of your contact records does not include a field, the column will not be available.

| (Donation) Frequency PCTL | Transaction Information | Percentile ranking of the frequency at which this person made donations compared to your other donors (For example, 90% means this person was in the top ten percent of your most frequent donors) |
| (Donation) Monetary Value PCTL (for donations made) | Transaction Information | Percentile ranking of the amount of money this person has donated based on total dollar amount contributed relative to your other donors (For example, a 90% ranking would place the donations made by this person in the top ten percent of actual dollars) |

| Middle Name | Biographical Information | Extra name information entered for this person. Can be a middle name, maiden name, nickname, and so on |

| Modification Time | Biographical Information | Month, day, year, and time when the contact record was modified |

| Occupation | Employment | Job type indicated by this person |

| Congressional District (Manual Override) | Advocacy Information | Name of the federal legislative geographic area to which this person is manually reassigned to cover the cases where the address information is not exact or redistricting has occurred |
