Managing Classic Reports
The Convio Reports Classic application enables you to run many different types of reports that help you analyze the effectiveness of your online efforts. You can obtain detailed reports on fundraising events, evaluate the success of email messages, confirmed RSVPs and Ticket sales for scheduled events, and so on.
When you select Reports from the Data Management item on the navigation bar, the Report Viewer page displays a list of available report types organized by file folders. Clicking the plus sign (+) next to a folder displays the reports available for that type. Clicking a report name link displays the Configuration Options page where you can select options for that report and specify a label to help distinguish the report from others in the Reports List.
Depending on the type of report, the report may display as soon as it runs or it may appear in the list on the Report Results page. For example, the Fundraising Dashboard and Email Analysis Reports display immediately with information that is constantly being updated. On the other hand, the Email Tracking and TeamRaiser Summary Reports display in the Report Results table since their data is less dynamic. For reports listed on the Reports Results page, you can display the report by clicking the View icon in the Actions column.
For reports that you run frequently, you can use the Add to My Reports link from the report page to add a shortcut in the My Reports folder. Clicking on this shortcut will run the report with the same configuration options you have selected. You can change the order in which your reports are listed in this folder or delete them by clicking Organize My Reports and using the appropriate buttons in the window displayed.
