The following support and training resources are available:

  • Blackbaud Customer Center - Your starting point for accessing client resources. You can navigate to these key areas:
    • Community - Find answers and post questions on the Luminate Community discussion boards.
    • LearnCenter - Go here for training. View on-demand tutorials and sign up for instructor-led webinars, best practices webinars, and more.
    • Support - Chat online, call, or submit a support ticket. From here you can also submit ideas for improving Convio products (details below).
    • Release Notes - Read about new features, bug fixes, and known issues

To submit an idea:

  1. Navigate to the Convio Customer Center and click the Support tab.
  2. Log on to the Customer Portal.
