Fundraising Analysis Report

View Icon View Samples of this Report

The Fundraising Analysis Report allows you to analyze donations across several drill-down categories.  You are always offered both a pie chart and a bar chart view of the results, as well as a table with the actual data.

The headings of the data table in each report are "clickable" allowing you to project different data onto the charts from the same report.  For example, using a Geography dimension for the report, you would be able to project the average gift received by state or the total amount received by city onto the chart provided.

Use the Fundraising Analysis Report to:

u       Analyze donations across different drill-down categories.  For example, you can analyze your donations by:

·         Geography and determine the average gift received by State, or by Zip Code, or by City.

·         Donation Form and Donation Level and determine the average gift per Donation Form or the total amount contributed to each Level.

·         Date of First Gift to determine the average gift from those who first gave in January of 2005 and compare it with the average gift of those who first gave in any other month.

·         Online vs. Offline to compare the average gift received online with the average gift received offline.

·         Premium Selected to determine which premium was associated with the largest total donations.

·         Constituent Creation Date to determine which month or which year new constituents gave the most to your organization.  Perhaps the highest contributions can be traced to a particularly successful membership or fundraising campaign.

·         Constituent Origin to see if your donors have become constituents through TeamRaiser Registrations, Forwarded Emails, User Story Submissions, etc.

·         Email Message to see which messages have led to the highest donations

·         Donor Status to see if your largest gifts have come from First Time Donors, New Constituents, or Previous Donors.

·         Advocacy Status to see if those constituents who have taken one or more advocacy alerts tend to give larger donations than those who have not.

·         Source Code to determine the source of your donations including Email, Forwarded Email, Tell-a-Friend, eCards, etc.
