Sample Fundraising Analysis Reports

The first three sample reports shown below illustrate the same fundraising data analyzed in three different ways by using the various features that the Fundraising Analysis Report provides.  The fourth example uses different data.

A.  The first Fundraising Analysis Report shown uses "Analyze by Donation Form and Donation Level" as the Dimension for analysis.  For the chart view, we have clicked on the appropriate headings to chart the Donation Level vs. the Number of Gifts.

B.  For the Fundraising Analysis sample report below, we have used the same Dimension for Analysis (Donation Form and Donation Level), but have chosen to graph the Donation Level vs. the total Gift Amount for each level again, by clicking on the appropriate headings in the data table at the bottom of the report.

C.  In the third example of this report, shown below, we have chosen to Analyze by Geography as the Dimension for the report.   For the chart view, we have clicked on the appropriate headings to chart the State (of residence of the donors) vs. the Average Gift amount.

D.      In the final example of this report, shown below, we have chosen to Analyze by Source Code as the Dimension for the report.   For the chart view, we have clicked on the appropriate headings to chart the Number of Gifts vs. the Source Type (Email, Forwarded E-mail, and Other).  The graph is being viewed as a Pie Chart.
