Pages Offline But Not Archived Report

The Pages Offline But Not Archived Report lists PageBuilder pages in the Page Library that are not active and not archived. These pages can be outdated or unapproved versions of active pages as well as pages that were rejected, approved but not published, or submitted without being approved or rejected.
From the onscreen report, you can click a Page Name link to access the Page Information for the page (in the PageBuilder Content application) where you can view it, and then edit, submit, approve, reject, publish, or archive the page if you have the appropriate security permissions.

Using the Pages Offline But Not Archived Report
Use the Pages Offline But Not Archived Report to show the:
- Names of the offline PageBuilder pages
- Security Category of the offline PageBuilder pages
- Description of the offline PageBuilder pages
- Date on which the offline PageBuilder pages were last modified

Running the Pages Offline But Not Archived Report
You can run this PageBuilder report from the:
- Content Management Reports folder in the Reports application available from Data Management on the navigation bar
- NEW for 5.1: PageBuilder Reports tab on a PageBuilder page
To run this report:
- From:
- Inside the PageBuilder application:
- Click Content from the navigation bar and then click PageBuilder from the drop-down list displayed. The system displays the Page List in the Page Library.
- Click the PageBuilder Reports tab. The system displays the PageBuilder Reports List page.
- Click the Create a new report drop-down list and click Pages Offline But Not Archived.
- Click the Go button. The system displays the Report Options page.
- To add a special label to help distinguish this report from others that display in the PageBuilder Reports List, enter it in the field provided.
- Click the Submit Report button. The system displays the Report Results page with Queued as the Status of the report.
- The Data Management application:
- Click Data Management from the navigation bar and then click Reports from the drop-down list displayed. The system displays the Reports page.
- Click the plus (+) sign next to the Content Management Reports folder. The system displays the available reports.
- Click the Pages Offline But Not Archived report. The system displays the Report Results page with Queued as the Status of the report.
- Click Refresh this page and wait until the system changes the Status to Completed. (You may need to click this more than one time.)
- When the Status changes to Completed, click:
- View to display the report on your computer.
- Print to display the report in a printer-friendly format.
- Download to save the report to a file that you can download to your local computer or shared network resource.
- Delete to remove the report from the Report List if you no longer need it.

Viewing the Pages Offline But Not Archived Report
The Pages Offline But Not Archived report displays in the Report Viewer with the report label across the top and the Report Date timestamp immediately below it.
You can click the:
- First, Previous, Next, and Last links to move between multiple pages if this is a long report.
- Add to My Reports link as a way for you to run this report again directly from the My Reports section on your Administrator Home Page. To save the shortcut link, click the My Reports link to display a pop-up page, enter any new title or description information about this report, and then click the Save button to close the pop-up and create the link. When you click the report shortcut link on your Administrator Home Page, the system will display the Report Results list page directly (without displaying the Report Selection or Configuration page) and you can view, print, or download the report using the actions in the Report Results list.
(Print) icon to display the report in a printer-friendly format. This icon displays on both the top and bottom of the report. (Download) icon to download this report to your local computer or a shared network resource and save it as a comma separated value (CSV) file. This icon displays on both the top and bottom of the report.
