The Delivery Recipient Report lists the names and email addresses of the constituents to whom a specific email message was delivered within an email campaign. You can use this information to create a group that contains these constituents, or add them to an existing group.

Note: Unlike the other Email Campaign reports, you must access this report through the delivery itself.

Using the Delivery Recipient Report

Use the Delivery Recipient Report to:

u       Show the names of the constituents to whom a specific email message was delivered

u       Show the email addresses of the constituents to whom a specific email message was delivered

u       Add constituents to a specific user group or create a new group containing these constituents

 

Running the Delivery Recipient Report

To run the Delivery Recipient Report:

1.       Click Email in the top-level navigation bar.

2.       Click Email Campaigns in the drop-down list.

3.       Click the Campaigns tab in the Email Home page.

4.       Click the name of the campaign containing the message from the Email Campaign List.

5.       Click the Deliveries tab in the specific campaign's Summary page to open the list of all message deliveries.

6.       From the Delivery List, click Review from the Actions column beside the message Delivery you want to view.

7.       Click the Delivery Recipient Report link at the left of the Review page.

8.       On the Reports page, click Refresh this page and wait until the system changes the Status to Completed. (You may need to click this more than one time.)

9.       From the Action column, click:

u       View to display the report in your browser.

u       Print to display the report in a printer-friendly format.

u       Download to save the report to a file in a comma separated value (CSV) format and download the file to your local computer or shared network resource.

u       Delete to remove the report from the Reports list if you no longer need it.

 

Viewing the Delivery Recipient Report

The Delivery Recipient Report displays with the report label across the top along with the timestamp that shows when the report was run. If you have not entered a label, the system uses the report name (that is, Delivery Recipient Report).

On the Delivery Recipient Report page, you can click the Add results to group link to add these constituents to a group by selecting an existing group or creating a new one in the Group Selector popup window.

You can also click First, Previous, Next, and Last links to move between multiple pages of the report.
