Using Multiple Language Tabs with Field Labels

This procedure uses a TeamRaiser campaign to illustrate how to use the Multiple Language tabs. The process for opening a campaign is different depending on what product you are using, but the process for using the Multiple Language tabs is the same regardless of product. You will also enter a name for the event in US English, French, and Spanish.

Note: Your site may not be configured for the same number of Multiple Language tabs shown here.

To translate a public-facing field label:

  1. Open a campaign or other item for editing. For example, in TeamRaiser, click Edit in the Action column of the TeamRaiser list page. The Identify TeamRaiser page displays.
  2. In the Public Name field, select the English (United States) tab and enter the public-facing name of the event, A Campaign 2012.

Note: The first tab on the left is always the site default locale and is selected by default.
