Multiple Language Support in Online Giving

Multiple Language Support is available for Online Giving (Donation Management), which includes premiums (eCommerce products), autoresponders, donor screens, and donation form wrappers. It is also available for the Gift Service Center. You can create a Donations campaign in English, then create French Canadian and International Spanish versions of the same campaign.

 Note: Multiple Language Support is not available for Designated Giving or Memberships.

Constituent-facing fields have locale tabs where you can enter custom labels and content for each locale. On the donation form screen, the labels are already translated by default in the Edit and Preview sections.
