Managing Donation Classic Reports

Visible only to those using Donations Classic, these reports continue to be available for forms created in that application.  However, there are equivalent reports in the newer Donation Reports and you are encouraged to use the newer versions. See Converting Donation Classic Reports for help in transitioning to the new reports.  

u       Donation Report - a very versatile report that provides a listing of all donations that meet certain criteria that you specify -- such as only First Time Donors, only gifts in the $50 to $150 range, or only donors named Jack Smith

u       Fundraising Status - provides summary information for each Donation Form, including funds raised, percent of goal, pledge statistics, number of donations, and total donations in dollars

u       Company Matching - provides transactional information about each gift where the donor indicated that his or her company would match the gift; allows you to follow-up with each company

u       Donation History - provides details about the individual pledges or donations that were made to one or more Donation Forms

u       Donation Tender - provides summary information about each type of tender used to make donations to one or more Donation Forms

u       Donor Wall of Fame - for those who are using this feature, lists donations that have qualified for the online wall of fame; results can be added to a group

u       Donor History - provides detailed transactional information about one or more donors across all Donation Forms

u       Online vs. Offline Comparison - provides summary information about offline and online donations that were made to one or more donation forms

u       Premium Report - allows you to fulfill requests for premiums associated with your donation forms

u       Tribute Report - provides detailed transactional information about those gifts that have been made as tributes or memorials; allows you to follow-up with the person that the donor has requested

u       Political Contribution Report - allows you to view political contributions that have been settled, rejected, or are still pending
