Querying by the System Field Type
To insert a System field type, field, and field clause into the Query Builder:
- On the Data Management menu, select Query.
- Click Create a new Query.
- Type a Name and Description and click Save.
- On the Query Builder tab, select System in the Field Type box, select a Field, and then click Add Field Clause.
Selecting the Origin Application Type Field and Field Clauses
After you select the Origin Application Type in the Field box and click Add Field Clause, on the System page select equals, is not equal to, is blank, or is not blank and then select an origin type to query for the constituent record source.

| Donation | Created when constituent made a donation |
| Joint Donation | Created when constituent was specified as a joint donor |
| Tribute | Created when a donor specified the constituent in a donation tribute |
| Memorial | Created when a donor specified the constituent in a donor memorial |
| Gift Notification | Created when a donor specified that the constituent should be notified of a gift |
| Ticket Purchase | Created when constituent purchased a ticket |
| Event Guest | Created after constituent attended an event as a guest |
| Advocacy Response | Created when constituent responded to an advocacy action alert |
| Tell-a-Friend | Created after constituent registered after following a Tell-a-Friend link |
| TeamRaiser Donor | Created after constituent donated to a TeamRaiser |
| Unknown Registration | Registration information is not known |
| Unknown Auto-Registration | Created after constituent self registered previous to tracking |
| News Contribution | Created after constituent contributed a news article |
| TeamRaiser Participant | Created after constituent registered as a TeamRaiser participant without referral from another participant |
| TeamRaiser Friend | Created after the friend of a TeamRaiser participant made a donation supporting the participant, joined the partipant's team, or sent an email from the TeamRaiser participant center |
| Forwarded Email | Created when a constituent registered after following a link in an email forwarded by a friend |
| Survey Participant | Created when constituent participated in a survey |
| Pre-Registration | Created when a constituent preregistered |
| E-Commerce Purchase | Created when a constituent made an eCommerce purchase |
| LDAP | Created by the LDAP processor during an address look up |
| RSVP | Created when a constituent responded to an invitation |
| Email Upload | Created as the result of an email2 upload operation |
| Sent eCard | Created when the constituent sent an eCard |
| TeamRaiser Company Contact | Created by the TeamRaiser admin as a company contact where the constituent is a primary company contact or a company coordinator |
| Personal Fundraising Champion | Created by the TeamRaiser admin on the Tributes/Memorials management page |
| Personal Fundraising Fund | Created after constituent donated to a personal fundraising fund |
| Auction Upload | Created as the result of an email2 upload operation |
| Widgets | Created when the constituent signed up for a personal outreach |
| TeamRaiser Family Participant | Created after constituent was registered in a TeamRaiser as part of a family |
| Constituent API | Created after a call to an API |
| Personal Events Host | Created after constituent signed up for an event after referral from the host |
| Personal Events Attendee | Created after constituent signed up for an event without referral |
| Personal Events Contact | Created after referral from a personal event attendee |
| Volunteer | Record was created as the result of signing up for a Volunteer Management shift |
| TeamRaiser Event Administrator | TeamRaiser Event Administrator entered the record |
