Working with Team Captain Registration Questions

You can add special questions that will display on the registration forms to only those participants who are forming new teams. Note that the questions you add here will also display in the Additional Questions list for the Participation Types, but will not be included by default.

After you have added questions, to:

• Arrange the order in which these questions display on the registration form, use the Order column in the questions list.
• Keep a question from displaying on the registration form, you can click the Include checkbox to remove the checkmark.
• Change the question text, add choices, and so on, click Edit from the Actions column of the question.

To access the Team Captain Questions functions, click Edit Team Captain Questions on the Event Center main page.
