Editing the Event Contact Properties
The Event Contact information defined here can be placed on a page or email message via the Components drop-down list in the WYSIWYG Editor.
Note: Only the items for which you have permissions will be displayed in the Event Management Center.
To edit the event coordinator information:
- In the Process Navigator on the Event Center page, click Event Contact. The Event Contact Information page displays.
- To provide the name of the National Event Coordinator that will resolve when Coordinator Name is selected from the Components drop-down list in the WYSIWYG Editor, enter the appropriate information in the Contact field.
- To provide the telephone number of the National Event Coordinator that will resolve when Coordinator Phone is selected from the Components drop-down list in the WYSIWYG Editor, enter the appropriate information in the Phone field.
- To provide the email address of the National Event Coordinator that will resolve when Coordinator Email is selected from the Components drop-down list in the WYSIWYG Editor, enter the appropriate information in the Email field.
- Click Save and then click Finish. The main Event Center page displays.
