Editing the Event Contact Properties

The Event Contact information defined here can be placed on a page or email message via the Components drop-down list in the WYSIWYG Editor.

Note: Only the items for which you have permissions will be displayed in the Event Management Center.

To edit the event coordinator information:

  1. In the Process Navigator on the Event Center page, click Event Contact. The Event Contact Information page displays.
  2. To provide the name of the National Event Coordinator that will resolve when Coordinator Name is selected from the Components drop-down list in the WYSIWYG Editor, enter the appropriate information in the Contact field.
  3. To provide the telephone number of the National Event Coordinator that will resolve when Coordinator Phone is selected from the Components drop-down list in the WYSIWYG Editor, enter the appropriate information in the Phone field.
  4. To provide the email address of the National Event Coordinator that will resolve when Coordinator Email is selected from the Components drop-down list in the WYSIWYG Editor, enter the appropriate information in the Email field.
  5. Click Save and then click Finish. The main Event Center page displays.
