Reviewing the Delivery Statistics for a Coaching Email

When the status of a message in the Delivery List changes to Sent, you can review statistics like the number of recipients who opened the message and the number who clicked the actionable link.

To display the details about a delivery:

1. Click Event Emails from the options along the top of the page.
2. From Related Actions on the Event Emails page, click Edit Coaching Emails.
3. From the Message List page, click the Delivery List tab.
4. From the Delivery List, click Review in the Actions column of the appropriate message delivery.
