Approving a Coaching Email Message
You must approve a coaching email message before you can send it. If you do not approve the message when you initially configure it,
you can use the Edit action on the Messages page to return to the Approve Message task.
To approve a Coaching Email message:
- On the Message List page, click Edit from the Actions column of the message.
Notes:
(a) To display the Messages List page, click Event Emails > Coaching Emails.
(b) To make a message editable, click Return to Draft from the Actions column of the message in the Message List.
- From the options along the left on the Message Information page, click Approve.
- Click the Approve button, which displays the Message List so you can schedule the delivery of this message.
