Archiving a Delivery of a Coaching Email

You can archive a delivery when it is no longer of interest to your organization. If the delivery information is ever needed again, you can restore the delivery and review the information.

To archive the delivery of a Coaching Email:

  1. On the Message List page, click the Delivery List tab. (To display the Messages List page, click Event Emails > Coaching Emails.)
  2. In the Delivery List, click Archive in the Actions column of the delivery.

Note: You can show or hide archived messages in the Message List using the Show Archived checkbox at the bottom of the list.
