Restoring the Archived Delivery of a Coaching Email

You can restore a delivery to review its delivery statistics (such as the number of recipients who opened the message or clicked that actionable link in the message) or resend it to the target audience members who may not have been in the target audience as the time it was sent.

You can also restore the a partially configured delivery and complete the delivery tasks.

To restore the delivery of a Coaching Email:

  1. On the Message List page, click the Delivery List tab. (To display the Messages List page, click Event Emails > Coaching Emails.)
  2. If the message is not displayed in the Delivery List, scroll to the bottom of the list and click the Show Archived checkbox.
  3. In the Delivery List, click Restore in the Actions column of the delivery.
  4. To work with the message to:
    • View its delivery statistics, click Review from its Actions column.
    • Send the message to pick up any new members of the target audience who have not received this message yet, click Resend.
    • Finishing configuring the audience and filters, click Begin Delivery.
