Working with the Suggested Messages
You can create email messages that participants and Team Captains can access from the Participant Center to alleviate the burden involved with trying to create their own messages. Providing preformatted messages can help participants conveniently perform tasks without requiring large amounts of time and effort.
To help participants decide which Suggested Message template to use, you can provide a type of message to Recruit Team Members, Solicit Gifts, and extend personal Thank You notes to donors. You can label the other messages, such as team member meetings, with the type Other.
