Inserting TeamRaiser Personalization Fields into a Web Page or Email
From the Personalization drop-down menu in a Web page or email, you can insert special tagging that resolves with the appropriate content for the person viewing a page or email message.

Understanding the TeamRaiser Personalization Fields
In addition to the First Name and Last Name, you can personalize TeamRaiser content with the following items:
- Amount Raised to display the total monetary amount of the funds raised by a participant or team.
Example:
We are so pleased that you have raised
for our cause. We have some suggestions to help raise this total even higher. - Company Name to display the name of the company under which the team was formed.
Example:
Thank you for forming a team sponsored by - Days Since Registering to display the number of days since the participant registered.
Example:
Just a note to thank you for being with us these past days and to remind you that now would be a good time to update your Personal Page if you have not already done so. - Number of Days Until the Event to let the participant know how many days are left before the event occurs.
Example:
It's hard to believe that we will seeing you in just days! - Donation Count to display the number of gifts that were received in support of the participant
Example:
Wow ... your hard work has certainly paid off with donations given to support you. - Emails Sent to display the number of emails that a participant has personally sent out.
Example:
The emails you have sent to your family and friends have certainly garnered a lot of interest in our event. - Fundraising Goal to display the monetary amount the participant or team is striving to rais.

To help you raise for this event, here are some tips to help you achieve that goal: - Goal Remaining to display
Example:
You are so close to your goal with only remaining. - Honorary Team ID or Honorary Team Name to display information about the honorary team to which the participant has been assigned if Honorary Teams are enabled
Example:
Join us on Tuesday night for a special event where you can sit with the team to enjoy special highlights and information about our program. - Participant ID to display

Your participant ID number is. Jot this number down and keep it handy because you may need it to sign into some of the special events. - Participation Type to display

Thank you so much for registering as a in this event. - Percent of Goal to display
Example:
With just 3 days to go, you have reached of your original goal. We know you can do it! - Race Number to display
Example:
With just 3 days to go, you have reached of your original goal. We know you can do it! - Team ID or Team Name to display information about the team the participant joined

Inserting a TeamRaiser Personalization Field into a Web Page or Email Message
You can insert a TeamRaiser personalization field in the WYSIWYG of a Web page or email message.
- In the open WYSIWYG Editor window, enter the portion of the text to be displayed before or after the inserted personalized field.
- Click the appropriate field from the Personalization drop-down and and click the OK button. The tag displays in your content.
Note: If you insert the First Name or Last Name field, the alternative name pop-up displays. Enter a generic word (such as Friend) to display in case the name is not available and click the OK button.
