Viewing an Online Photo Album

From the the list of photo albums, you can select one to view and then look at individual photos. A short description of each photo is displayed alongside each photo, and a caption under it. A brief summary of the contents of the album can be found at the top of the Album Home Page.

To select a photo album to view:

• View albums in all categories by selecting All.
• Or, to find an album
• Click Search the photo archive link.
• Or, on the Find a Photo Album Page, search for the album containing the photo you are looking for.
1. Enter keywords applicable to the album or to an individual photo contained in the album, the name of the album, or the title of a photo within the album.
2. Click Search. The page will refresh with results that match, showing album name and an abstract of its contents.

To look at individual photos in the album: On the Album main page, click the photo you want to view. The system displays the selected photo in an enlarged format with a description of the photo under it.

On the page displaying an individual photo, select Next Photo to view the photo that is next in the gallery.

To view album contents again, select Album Index.

To visit the Album Collection, click More Photo Albums.
