Recovering Your User Name or Password

If you cannot remember your login credentials, try one of the following recovery methods to avoid creating another user account:

  • Request an email containing your user name if you know the email address associated with the account.
  • Request an email containing your password hint and a reset password link if you know the user name and email address associated with the account.

Note: Using a single account helps you avoid getting multiple copies of information and helps us maintain a cleaner database and more efficiency for you.

To request an email containing your user name:

  1. On the User Login page, click Trouble signing in?
  2. On the User Login page, click Forgot User Name?
  3. On the User Name Recovery page in the Email box, type the email address you provided when you registered for the account.
  4. Click Submit.

The system sends you an email message that contains your user name.
  5. In the email message, click Log in here.
