Changing Your Option to be Visible on an Event Guest List

After you have signed up for an event (that is, submitted an RSVP, purchased a ticket, or registered), you can modify the option that controls if your name will appear on the event Guest List.

Step 1: Log In

Log in to your constituent user account on our site.

Step 2: Display the Event Details Page

Click the event link and click the Event Details link.

Step 3: Display the Sign Up Page

Click the appropriate Sign me up, Purchase Tickets, or Register Online button.

Step 4: Change the RSVP Number

If the Check this box if you want your name to be shown to other guests checkbox:

  • Contains a checkmark, click it to remove the checkmark and remove your name from view in the list.
  • Does not contain a checkmark, click it to add the checkmark and make your name visible in the online list.

Step 5: Submit Your Changes

Click Submit. The Confirmation page displays with information about your sign-up.
