Clearing the Followup Flags from the To Do Column

If your contacts list displays with Send a Thank You Email flags or Send a Follow-up Email flags in the To Do column, you can clear these To Do flags to remove them from the list.

Step 1: Display the Follow-ups Page

Click Follow-ups from the top of the Participant Center page.

Notes:
(1) If you are not on the Participant Center page, log in to the site, click the link that displays the Greeting page, and then click the Participant Center link.

(2) To see all flags, the list should contain all contacts. If Show all contacts is not displayed, click that option from the Show contacts who drop-down list.

Step 2: Select the Contacts Who Are Flagged

Click the checkboxes next to each contact with a flag in their To Do column.

Step 3: Clear the Flags

Click the Clear To Do Flag button. The flags are removed from the selected contacts.
