Deleting Contacts from Your Address Book
You can delete contacts from your online Convio Address Book, which may be to remove a deceased family member or friend to avoid sending them email messages by mistake.
If your contact list spans across more than one page: You can work only with the displayed contacts. To remove contacts from multiple pages, you must select the contacts from the displayed page and delete them before moving to the next page where you can select those contacts and then remove them.
Step 1: Display the Contacts List Page of Your Address Book
After accessing your Participant Center Home page, click Add Contacts from the navigation links on the right side of the page
Step 2: Select the Contacts to Remove
Click each appropriate contact from the displayed page.
(a) If your Address Book spans across more than one page, you can work
with only the contacts on the page displayed (that is, you must select each
appropriate contact from this page and delete them before going to the next page).
(b) To increase the number of contacts displayed on the page,
click the Contacts/Page drop-down list at the bottom of the page.
(c) To display a set of contacts with a similar name or email address on the
page, enter that information in the Search field at the top of
the page and click Search.
(d) Change the way the contacts are displayed, click the Name column header
to reverse the alphabetical order or the Email column header to use the
alphabetical sort order on the email addresses.
Step 3: Remove the Selected Contacts from the Page Displayed
Click Delete. A confirmation pop-up displays.
Step 4: Confirm that You Want to Remove this Contact
Click Delete. The pop-up closes and the contact is removed from the list.
