Managing Your Team Co-Captains

In some fundraisers, you can designate one or two of your team members to be co-captains with you to help with tasks, such as email communications. You can demote a person back to team member status if necessary.

Making Someone Another Captain on Your Team

You can select a member of your team to be a co-captain to help with certain things. This co-captain has all the same permissions as you have.

Step 1: Display the Manage Captains Page

  1. After accessing your Participant Center Home page, click View Team Roster from the options on the right side of the page. The Team Roster page displays.
  2. Click Manage Captains from the options on the right side.

Step 2: Select a Co-Captain

Click the empty checkbox next to the name of the participant and click Save.

Demoting Another Captain On Your Team

If you are a Team Captain, you can demote another captain on your team to team member status only.

Step 1: Display the Manage Captains Page

  1. After accessing your Participant Center Home page, click View Team Roster from the options on the right side of the page. The Team Roster page displays.
  2. Click Manage Captains from the options on the right side.

Step 2: Demote a Team Captain

Click the checkbox next to the name of the person and click Save.
