Importing Contacts into Your Address Book from Your Yahoo! Mail Address Book

Yahoo! Mail has an Export Wizard application that moves the First Name, Last Name, and Email Address of each contact into the yahoo_ab comma separated values (csv) file that the Convio Address Book can use to fill in the corresponding information.

Step 1: Display the Yahoo Mail! Import and Export Wizard

1. Log in to your Yahoo! Mail account and click the Options link in the upper right corner. The Mail Options page opens.
2. Click Address Book. The Address Book Options page opens.
3. In the Management section, click Import and Export. The Import and Export page opens.

Step 2: Create an Export File

From the Export section, click the Export Now button next to Yahoo! CSV. The File Download pop-up opens.

Step 3: Place the Export File in the Correct Location On Your Personal Computer

1. Click the Save button. The Save As pop-up window opens.
2. Navigate to the correct location on your personal computer where you want to place this file for the eventual upload (such as, the My Documents folder).
3. Click the Save button. The pop-up window closes.
4. On the Download Complete window, click the Close button. The pop-up window closes.
