The Volunteer Profile Details report for Volunteer Management lists one constituent per row and provides information about availability, preferences, skills and certifications for each volunteer.

Default Columns

The following table shows the columns that are part of this report by default. It also shows the column heading under which each will appear if removed from the report.

Sort Order for this Report

There is no default sort order for this report. You should choose at least one sort order (such as Last Name or by the column of interest) when configuring your report to ensure the integrity of your data, and make the report easier to read.

Filters for this Report

There are no default filters for this report. You can choose to filter your report by any of the fields (columns) on the report. For example, you could create a filter that would limit the report to volunteers who have undergone a Background Check or whose participation is Court Ordered.

To add additional filters for this report:

  1. Access the Configure Filters page for this report.
  2. Click Create a filter.
  3. From the first drop-down menu that appears, select the Column Header that contains the Column you want to filter by (see above tables). For example, if you want to filter by Background Check, select Background Check from the first drop-down.
  4. From the second drop-down that displays, select the specific Column for the filter. For this example, select Background Check.
  5. In the drop-down to the right of the selected column, select a relationship parameter, such as "Is," (when applicable).
  6. Note: Depending on the filter, you may simply need to select from a list such as a list of Committees.

  7. If you have entered a relationship parameter, enter (or Select) a value to complete your filter (for this example, true).
  8. Decide whether to allow those who run this report to modify this filter at run-time.
  9. Click Add this filter.
  10. Add additional filters, if desired.
