Uploading Participant Registrations

To integrate participant registration information received offline at your office (instead of through online entry by the participant or event staff), you can upload files containing registration information and the responses to any questions asked on the registration form. The files can register new participants or update the existing registrations of participants.

Depending on your site setup, you may either upload the registration information:

• Separately from the responses to registration questions in a two-stage process
• Including the responses to registration questions all in one file and grouped by Participation Type
