Working with Registration Upsells

As the Event Manager, you may be able to select and work with Upsells that can be included as Additional Options for purchase or selection on the registration forms of the participation types.

A TeamRaiser Registration Upsell is an option for purchase or selection that can be included on the registration form for a participation type in a TeamRaiser event. Each Registration Upsell can be created as either a checkbox or drop-down list of options. A checkbox is typically created for a yes/no decision (for example, a buffet dinner) while a drop-down list is created to present several choices (for example, various sizes of event T-shirts).

Upsells are created globally with a Public Name that identifies it to registering participants, description or instructions for the purpose of the Upsell, and a checkbox/select list label that displays text to the left of the checkbox or above the drop-down list. The checkbox may contain a checkmark or the an option may be pre-selected in the drop-down list by default.
