Managing Team Customer Service

If you have the appropriate permissions, you may be able to work with team details (such as the team name, goal, sponsoring company, and competition division) information about any gifts given directly to the team.

You can also work with the team members using the Members tab. For assistance with the tasks available if you click the View Summary action for a member shown in the list, refer to Managing Participant Customer Service.

• Locating and Viewing Team Details to show the gifts list and members roster plus the name of the Captain and sponsoring company, number of members, and gift totals.
• Editing the Details of a Team to change the team name, goal, company, or division
• Recording a Donation Made in Support of a Team to add a gift that supports the fundraising efforts of the entire team
• Changing Soft Credit for a Gift Incorrectly Recorded to a Team to give the soft credit for the gift to another team, a participant, or the event itself
• Refunding a Team Gift back to a donor
• Disbanding a Team to remove it from a TeamRaiser event and allow the members of the team to become individual participants or join another team
