Managing Participant Customer Service
If you have the appropriate permissions, you may be able to work with participant registration and gift information.

- Registering a Participant to record the registration details for a new participant
- Viewing the Registration Summary for a Specific Participant to display the Username, Participation Type, Registration Type and Status, and team information as well the gift history of a specific participant
- Editing Responses to Registration Questions to correct typographical errors, change the response, or add a response to an unanswered question
- Recording a Donation Made in Support of a Participant to enter offline confirmed or unconfirmed gifts received
- Editing the Registration Information of a Participant to change the Participation Type, Display Name Options or Screen Name, Fundraising Goal, or Emergency Contact information
- Changing the Registration Status of a Participant to Inactive or Active to keep a person from logging into their Participant Center, or enabling an inactive participant again
- Making a Participant Personal Page Private or Public to keep the general public from displaying the Personal Page unless they know the direct URL
- Changing the Team Membership or Rank of a Participant to promote a team member to Captain, switch teams, or create a new team for a participant (for example, the original team gets too crowded)
- Removing a Participant from All TeamRaiser Teams to make them an individual participant
- Editing Gift Information for a Participant to change the gift amount or payment type
- Changing Soft Credit for a Gift Recorded to the Wrong Participant to place the soft credit with the correct participant, or an entire team, as well as with the event itself
- Refunding a Gift to apply credit back to their credit card or record the transaction in the Convio database
- Refunding a Registration Fee Payment to apply credit back to the credit card or record the transaction in the Convio database
- Resetting a Participant Password to change a forgotten password on behalf a participant
