Disbanding a Team Within a TeamRaiser Event

When you disband a team, you are removing it from all event lists and pages. The participants registered for the disbanded team remain registered in the event as individual participants unless you:

• Manually change the team membership for a participant.
• Or, remove the participant from the event completely.

Gifts made on behalf of the team members are not affected; however all online gifts and confirmed gifts made to the team will be soft credited to the TeamRaiser event itself. Any unconfirmed gifts will be deleted.

Important: You cannot recover the team or unconfirmed gifts deleted with it once it has been disbanded.

To disband a team:

1. Click Customer Service from the top navigation bar. The Customer Service splash page displays.
2. From the options along the left, click Manage Teams. The Teams list page displays.
3. From the Action column of the appropriate team, click Disband. The Disband Team confirmation page displays.
4. Click Disband Team. The Teams list page displays again without the team.
