Managing Event Emails

From the Event Emails area you can work with several types of email messaging for and about the TeamRaiser.

Coaching Emails are created by event administrators or managers and sent to participants to coach them along so they will be successful fundraisers. The body content can take advantage of the WYSIWYG Editor to format text as well as add personalization, conditionals, components, and links within each message.

Autoresponders are supplied with your system. They are sent in response to specific actions taken by people, such as participants and donors. Event administrators and managers can customize the default text to add more information, event-specific information, and so on.

Suggested Messages are email templates created by event administrators and managers for a specific call to action, such as recruiting teammates or appealing for donations. These Suggested Messages are available in the Participant Center for participants to send to the contacts in their Address Book. Some messages may not be altered while others may be customized by each participant before they send them.
