Working with Coaching Emails

TeamRaiser Coaching Emails are intended as a way to help keep people focused on your event. You can send them to:

  • Currently registered participants to help inspire and guide these volunteer fundraisers to be successful in raising funds for your organization. You can send fundraising tips as well as the next steps to take at each phase of the TeamRaiser event, including what to do after the actual event occurs.
  • Previous participants to invite and inspire them to register again. If the Returning Teams options are enabled, you can provide tips about bringing back the existing team - especially a team who has been top-ranked.
  • Donors (both past and current) to let them know that a new event is underway and inspire them to give the most money possible or let them know about different ways to give.
  • Special TeamRaiser groups created by the event (like participants registered in uploads) or created manually (like previous participants who fell short of the expected average amount in the previous event).

The built-in resend feature lets you deliver the same Coaching Email periodically through out the event season to only the new members of the target audience that have not yet received it.

The built-in monitoring features make it easy to track the actions taken on Coaching Emails delivered to the audience targeted. You can review the delivery to determine how many recipients have opened the emails, clicked the actionable link in the email, forwarded it to a friend, and so on.
