Assigning or Changing Your Optional Team Password
If you did not set a team password when you created the team, you can assign a password to control who joins your team. You must be sure to give the other people the password because they cannot complete the registration process and join your team without it.
Step 1: Display the Team Progress Page
From the Participant Center page, click:
- Team Progress from the top navigation bar.
- Or, the Update Team Information link.
Note: If you are not on the Participant Center page, log in to the site, click the link that displays the fundraising event, and then click the Participant Center link.
Step 2: Enter the Password
Click into the Password field and enter the password.
Step 3: Save Your Password
Click the Save button. The Team information updated successfully message displays across the top of the page.
