Entering Your Billing Information

Note: If you have not entered an Initial Gift and the fund does not require a registration Setup Fee, this page will not display.

Before you provide your credit card and other billing information, you can verify the accuracy of the name of the fund as well as the dollar amounts being charged for the registration Setup Fee and your Initial Gift.

If you are a registered user and have logged in or filled in your champion information, most of the billing information will be automatically filled in by the system. You can skip Step 2 -3 and go to Step 4 to supply your credit card information.

Step 1: Approve the Fund Information

  • To make changes to the fund settings:
  1. Click the Previous Step button on this page, on the next page displayed, and on the next page. The system will bring you back to the beginning Fund Information page.
  2. Click into the Fund Name field and make your change.
  3. Click the Next Step button, click it again on the next page, and click it again on the next page. The system will bring you back to the Fund Registration Information and Billing Information page.
  • To change the amount entered for your Initial Gift:
  1. Click the Previous Step button on this page.
  2. Click into the Additional Gift field and make your change.
  3. Click the Next Step button. The system will bring you back to the Fund Registration Information and Billing Information page.

Step 2: Enter Your Billing Address If It is Blank

  1. Click into the Address 1 field and enter the number and street name for your residence.
  2. Optionally, click into the Address 2 field and enter any other residence information (such as apartment or suite number).
  3. Click into the City field and enter the city in which your residential address is located.
  4. Click the State/Province drop-down list and select the appropriate state or province that corresponds to your residential information.
  5. Click into the ZIP/Postal Code field and enter the five or nine number code that that corresponds to your residential information.
  6. Optionally, click the Country drop-down list and select the appropriate option.

Step 4: Enter Your Credit Card Information

  1. Click the appropriate Credit Card type radio button to indicate which credit card you will be using to pay for any Setup Fees and your initial seed gift if you have entered one.
  2. Click into the Card Number field and enter your card number. You can include spaces or type the number without them.
  3. If the Verification Code field displays, click into the field and enter your card number. For assistance, click the What is this link.
  4. Click the Expiration month drop-down list and select the appropriate option.
  5. Click the Expiration year drop-down list and select the appropriate option.

Step 5: Display the Next Page

Click the Next Step button. The Confirm Transaction page opens. For assistance, go to Confirming the Fund Information and Processing Your Transaction.
