Hiding the Links to Your Photo Albums

By default, a link to each photo album is inserted on your fund page when you save the photo album or upload photos to it - even if you enter only a title for the album without uploading pictures to it.

You can disable the Photo Album feature to keep the links to photo albums you have created from displaying on your fund page until you are finished with them. Then, when you are ready, you can turn the feature back on to display the links to the completed albums.

Note: Unlike the other Photo Album tasks, you must open the fund page for editing to access the Disable/Enable Photo Album feature.

Step 1: Open the Fund Page for Editing

In the Edit Fund Page area, click the Click here to open this page for editing link. Your fund page components display in the Edit mode.

Note: If you are not on your fund page, click the Fund Page icon from the top of any Champion Center page or the link from the bottom of the page. If you are not in the Champion Center, log in to the site, click the link that displays the Personal Fundraising Campaign Funds, and then click the Champion Dashboard or Champion Center link.

Step 2: Turn Off the Photo Album Feature

In the Photo Albums area, click the Yes, please include Photo Albums in the Fund Page checkbox to remove the default checkmark.

Step 3: Save Your Change

Click the Save my changes button. The Fund Page saved successfully message displays across the top of the page.
