Editing the Properties of Your Photo Album Section

The links to your photo albums will display in a small section on your fund page. By default, the section has Photo Pages as its heading and links to all of your albums are displayed in order alphabetically by title. You can change these properties.

Step 1: Open the Fund Page for Editing

In the Edit Fund Page area, click the Click here to open this page for editing link. Your fund page components display in the Edit mode.

Note: If you are not on your fund page, click the Fund Page icon from the top of any Champion Center page or the link from the bottom of the page. If you are not in the Champion Center, log in to the site, click the link that displays the Personal Fundraising Campaign Funds, and then click the Champion Dashboard or Champion Center link.

Step 2: Enter the Heading for the Photo Albums Section

For Heading, enter the label to display above the links to your photo albums in the Photo Album section of your fund page.

Step 3: Select the Sort Order for the Links in the Photo Albums Section

For Sort Order, to have the links display in a different order in the section, click the drop-down list and click:

• By date (ascending) to display the links to the most current albums at the top of the list
• By date (descending) to display the links in the order that the photo albums were created

Step 4: Set the Maximum Number of Photo Albums to Display in the Section

For Max # links, enter the number that reflects the most links that can display in this Photo Album section of your fund page.

Step 5: Save Your Change

Click the Save my changes button (at the top of the page). The Fund Page saved successfully message displays across the top of the page.
