Replacing a Photo in an Existing Photo Album

You can replace a photo in an existing photo album. For example, if you want a specific photo to be with others in an album that already has ten in it, you can replace one of the existing photos or if you notice that you have a better photo than the one you have uploaded.

Step 1: Open the Photo Album

On the fund page, in the Photo Pages area, click the title link of the appropriate album. The Edit Photo Album page opens.

Notes:
(1) If you are not on your fund page, click the Fund Page icon from the top of any Champion Center page or the link from the bottom of the page. If you are not in the Champion Center, log in to the site, click the link that displays the Personal Fundraising Campaign Funds, and then click the Champion Dashboard or Champion Center link.

(2) You can open the fund page for editing first, but you do not have to open the whole page to work with Photo Albums.

Step 2: Replace the Existing Photo

1. Click the Browse button in a Photo area.
2. Locate the file on your local computer or shared network resource and click it to display its name in the Find/Open File window. The system displays the thumbnail of the photo you just uploaded.
3. Click the Upload Images button. The Album Page saved successfully message displays across the top of the page and the new thumbnail displays.
4. To change the Title or Story, click into the appropriate area and make your changes.

Step 3: Return to the Photo Album for Changes If Necessary

1. Click the Click here to open this page for editing link again.
2. To make changes to the title or story, click into the appropriate fields and make your changes.
3. To replace the photo you just uploaded with a different one:
   1. Click the Browse button in a Photo area.
   2. Locate the file on your local computer or shared network resource and click it to display its name in the Find/Open File window. The thumbnail of the photo just uploaded displays.
   3. Click the Upload Images button. The Album Page saved successfully message displays across the top of the page and the new thumbnail displays.

Step 4: Close the Photo Album Page

To return to the:

• Fund page, click the Fund page icon from the top of the page or the fund page link from the bottom of the page.
• Champion Center, click the Return to Champion Center button.
